Messaging Consent & Notification Policy
By providing your phone number and enabling notifications within the XiltriX system, you expressly consent to receive RCS (Rich Communication Services) and/or SMS messages from XiltriX North America related to your monitored systems and account.
Messaging is required for delivery of core system alerts and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
How Users Opt In
Users opt in to receive messages by:
Entering their phone number within the XiltriX platform
Selecting and enabling notification preferences for their specific account
Accepting messaging terms via a clear, unchecked consent checkbox
Completing a double opt-in verification process, which includes entering a one-time code sent to their phone number to confirm ownership and consent
Only users who complete this process and have an active account and subscription will receive messages.
Message Types
Messages are strictly transactional and service-related and may include:
System alarms and alerts
Equipment or environmental condition notifications
Outage notifications
System status updates
These messages are a core part of the XiltriX service and are only sent based on user-configured notification settings.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on system activity, monitored conditions, and user notification preferences.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by:
Replying STOP to any message
Disabling notifications within the XiltriX platform
Removing their phone number from their account
Once opted out, users will no longer receive messages unless they re-enable notifications and provide consent again.
Data Usage & Privacy
Phone numbers are used solely for delivering requested service notifications
XiltriX North America does not send unsolicited messages
XiltriX North America does not sell or share phone numbers with third parties
