How do I log in to the XiltriX portal?

1. Go to https://portal.xiltrixusa.com

2. Enter your login info and click “Sign In

3. Click the facility you would like to access

4. On the next screen, enter your credentials and click “Login

5. If you need help, contact our 24/7 SafetyNet Team

Meet SafetyNet:

SafetyNet is XiltriX’s team of live agents that are available 24/7. They watch for missed alarms and can assist with diagnosing each alert. They are also available to help with any support requests you may have.

There are two types of alarms that XiltriX assists with:

In the case of a limit breach (for example, a freezer’s temperature is too high), an alarm will be triggered and your team will be notified first. If no one on your team responds to the alarm, SafetyNet will call through an emergency contact list.

Technical alarms are triggered by power or connectivity issues. Unlike limit breaches, these are handled directly by our SafetyNet team, who are immediately notified and begin troubleshooting right away. If the issue persists, a SafetyNet representative will reach out to your team directly to troubleshoot further.

Check the sensor or device in person

Highly Recommended: Follow the instructions below to set a custom ringtone for XiltriX and bypass Do Not Disturb

  • After saving XiltriX as a contact:

    1. Open the Contacts app

    2. Select XiltriX

    3. Tap Edit in the top right corner

    4. Select Ringtone (and Text Tone)

    5. Pick the sound you want to use (ensure it differs from your normal ringtone)

    6. Tap Done and save

  • After saving XiltriX to your contacts:

    1. Open the Contacts app

    2. Tap Edit in the top right corner

    3. Select Ringtone

    4. Turn on Emergency Bypass at the top of the screen

    5. Tap Done

    6. Repeat from step 3, selecting Text Tone instead

  • After saving XiltriX as a contact:

    1. Open the Contacts app

    2. Select XiltriX

    3. Tap Edit or the Three Dots

    4. Tap Ringtone

    5. Choose your preferred sound and save

    Custom text tone:

    1. Open Messages app

    2. Open the conversation with XiltriX

    3. Tap the 3 dots in the top-right corner

    4. Tap Notifications

    5. Select Sound and save

  • After adding XiltriX to your contacts:

    1. Go to Settings > Sound & Vibration > Do Not Disturb (Sometimes found in Settings > Notifications)

    2. Tap People or Who can interrupt

    3. Tap on Calls (and Messages)

    4. Select the contact for XiltriX
